## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** FY2027 funds continue the development and modernization of the LRHW GSE. Supports further modernization, development and demonstration of LRHW system components, to include training enhancements and prime contractor support for Ground and Flight test planning and execution. This funding also provides the systems with iterative survivability, reliability, and operational improvements based on evolving system requirements to ensure operational effectiveness as well as the design, development, and implementation of corrective actions identified in testing.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** FY 2027 funding decrease due to a reduced requirement for emulators.

This funding also supports the operational maintainability of fielded equipment and implements changes to GSE resulting from test activities.
