The Laboratory Support Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Management Support Project provides Department of War (DoW) laboratory infrastructure sustainment and modernization to upgrade key systems to current state-of-the-art capabilities. ### 1) Laboratory Infrastructure (LABINF) - Chemical Biological Center (CBC) Laboratory Infrastructure

**FY2027 planned work.** Continue to provide ongoing sustainment and modernization of existing CB surety infrastructure at DEVCOM CBC, necessary for the safe operation of biological and chemical surety laboratories, chambers, and associated facilities that support research, development, and life-cycle engineering capabilities.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** Alignment to required funding levels to support Chem Bio Surety Missions at Chemical Biological Center. Funds align to increased preventive maintenance and sustainment of mission critical infrastructure and equipment.

**FY2026 plans — current year.** Continue to provide ongoing sustainment and modernization of existing CB surety infrastructure at DEVCOM CBC, necessary for the safe operation of biological and chemical surety laboratories, chambers, and associated facilities that support research, development, and life-cycle engineering capabilities.

**FY2025 accomplishments.** Continued ongoing sustainment and modernization efforts of existing Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) test infrastructure at DEVCOM CBC, necessary for the safe operation of biological and chemical surety laboratories, chambers, and associated facilities that support research, development, and life-cycle engineering capabilities. Continued the modernization of critical infrastructure systems and conducted routine life-cycle and use-related maintenance activities of existing components and equipment. Supported surety operations for Chemical Biological Defense Program (CBDP) science and technology and advanced development. Tested, validated, and ensured product lot acceptance of materials used in individual and collective protection filters. Provided live testing on respirator equipment in support of National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health's (NIOSH) Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) respirator certification program that serves domestic first responders.

### 3) Agent Mannikin Integrated Ensemble Examination (AMIEE)
