## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Will maintain and advance M&S threat representation, analytical methodologies and performance analysis tools to conduct SLV analyses of Army C3 systems and technologies to include Army tactical network systems (e.g., network baseline), and C3 components supporting autonomous systems. For T2COM, will continue to maintain and generate kinetic/non-kinetic models and threat emulations to support future concepts development. Will provide component and systems-level performance analyses to inform technology maturation, trade-off decisions, and risk reduction.

## Before the request year

**FY2026 plans — current year.** Will develop and advance M&S threat representation and performance analysis tools and methodologies to support the survivability, vulnerability and HMI assessment of the Army's priority C4ISR technologies for the FCC and PAEs. For DEVCOM Centers/ARL, will continue to provide cyber and electronic warfare threat representation, and component and systems-level performance analyses to inform prototype technology development, inform design decisions and reduce risks through experimentation and T&E of the Army's priority C4ISR technologies.

**FY2025 accomplishments.** Developed and advanced foundational cyber and electronic warfare analytical capabilities to conduct analyses and assessments of C4ISR technology survivability as specified by AFC/DEVCOM and AEC highest priority systems including vulnerabilities related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and CEMA. Provided data and analysis support throughout AFC experimentation and the Future Study Program. For DEVCOM Centers/ARL, provided cyber and electronic warfare threat representation and performance analyses to inform prototype technology developers, influence design, and mature C4ISR technologies and reduce risk.
