## Summary

This activity requests $41.1M in FY2027, 100% of project 3206, up 99% on FY2026. The R-2A exhibit describes it across FY2026–FY2027, including what the FY2027 money is planned to buy.

## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** 1) Enterprise Testing and Planning: a) Test planning necessary to conduct testing of the SSDS BL 12 CS variants in support of TEMP 1910 planned events. b) Continue to provide overall technical management and financial execution support for the T&E Enterprise. Provide aircraft services coordination, technical documentation support, and meeting coordination. 2) Self-Defense Test Ship (SDTS) Combat Systems. Continue routine combat systems maintenance and IA/Cybersecurity Certification and Accreditation on combat system elements and the remote-control system on the SDTS. If repair parts are required to support T&E event(s), the impacted T&E User may be required to fund replacement parts. 3) Enterprise Testbed (ETB). a) Continue integration testing of ESSM Blk 1, ESSM Blk 2, RAM, and CIWS kill chains for CVN 79. b) Continue ETB virtual range development, documentation of the ETB, and coordination of a multi-organizational team to perform overarching enterprise systems engineering. Management, computing hardware, and infrastructure to support collocated and geographically distributed Testbed baselines. c) Continue to facilitate the integration of systems into the PEO IWS M&S Shared Technical Framework (STF) to allow the most efficient use of the Enterprise Test Bed (ETB). 4) Self Defense Test Ship Integrated Testing (IT) a) Continue execution of the multiyear Self-Defense Test Ship (SDTS) Integrated Test (IT) campaign outlined in TEMP 1910. The SDTS IT campaign progressively tests LPD Flt II, LHA 8, and CVN 79 SSDS CS BL 12 CS performance in an at-sea environment against threat representative Anti-Ship Cruise Missiles in live end-to-end scenarios. FY27 Plans include eight (6) SDTS IT events. Continue execution of the multiyear Self-Defense Test Ship (SDTS) Integrated Test (IT) campaign outlined in TEMP 1910.
