## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** 96TW FY 2027 Budget Year plans include roof repair, exterior envelope, and corrosion control for multiple test facilities; completion of a deferred HVAC project supporting range operations; generator upgrade; and multiple lifecycle HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs across the installation.

**FY2026 plans — current year.** For FY 2026 Current Year, the 96TW is performing maintenance and repair work to support test facilities and improve building condition. Major projects include lifecycle repairs (HVAC, Plumbing, electrical, flooding issues, repair loose chilled water pipes and overstressed roof/wall/floor) in the Tactical Datalinks Test Lab; Floor replacement, roof , paint, electrical, and wall repair for multiple range facilities; McKinley Climatic Laboratory sustainment; and roof and boiler repair for the Sant Rosa Island range complex.
