## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** • Transition operationally-ready offensive counterproliferation capabilities to specialized units assigned to USSOCOM, and within INDOPACOM, CENTCOM, and EUCOM; • Provide flexible options for execution of overt and discreet counterproliferation and CWMD operations to disrupt, delay, degrade, deny, and defeat adversary WMD capabilities in support of USSOCOM and other CCMDs.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** The FY 2026 to FY 2027 funding was reduced to align with higher priority National Defense Strategy requirements.

**FY2026 plans — current year.** • Delivered multiple upgraded/enhanced, classified, operationally-ready offensive counterproliferation capabilities to specialized units assigned to USSOCOM and within INDOPACOM, CENTCOM, EUCOM; • Transitioned multiple classified, modernized capabilities to operations and sustainment on behalf of Combatant Commands including NORTHCOM, INDOPACOM, STRATCOM and CYBERCOM; • Transitioned multiple classified, modernized capabilities to operations and sustainment that support operational preparation of the environment on behalf of the DoW CWMD Enterprise; • Modernized additional capabilities that support CWMD operational decision-making on behalf of DoW and the USG; • Matured prototypes, systems, and components for test and evaluation by end-users and transition to fieldable CWMD capabilities under other classified projects.
