What the FY2027 request buys

- Will deliver continued annual ACE-IOS version & deploy operational software modifications to include fully containerized ACE-IOS suite - Will start new ACE-IOS agile development providing modernized model and simulation updates for Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Sensitive Compartmented Information (C5ISR SCI) level training for Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) with the fielding of new cross domain tools; enhanced non kinetic, enhanced Electronic Warfare (EW) training tools; and new Air Force (AF) ISR tools for the schoolhouse - Will update tool sets based on operational needs to deliver more realistic training in support of Joint/Combined Forces Air Component Commander (JFACC/CFACC) operations worldwide - Will enhance fidelity of Mission Reporting Simulation, and upgrade Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Measurement and Signature intelligence (MASINT), and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Joint Training for the Air Operations Center Weapon System
FY 2027 funding decreases to support higher Department of War priorities. Remaining funds required to deliver more realistic and comprehensive training required to simulate the threats, complexity, and scale of a modern war to the replacing outdated models and databases. This supports global exercises, to include those supporting United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) and homeland defense missions.
