Continue Resilient Waveform development. Continue United States Naval Special Warfare Command Unmanned Systems/Autonomous and Remotely Controlled System (NSWUxS/ ARCS).

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** Decrease of $3.517 million due to completion of Tactical Inline Network Encryptor (INE), High Throughput Data Device (HTDD), and Mission Ops Engineering Change Proposals. High Throughput Data Device (HTDD) ECP will be completed in FY 2026.
