## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Continues ALTPNT capability development; continues the AI/ML data collection study to provide future enhancement to surface crafts; continues further development of the MMS which will integrate current and future system displays into one software suite; Continues unique power and energy capabilities such as hybrid electric propulsion; transitions a passive ranging capability which will integrate next generation ranging technology into the CCFLIR II and FLIR III systems; begins transition planning to the Small Unmanned Surface Vehicle and unmanned systems sensor/ payload integration; continues development of Combatant Craft Assault (CCA) and Combatant Craft Medium (CCM) simulators; continues studies to enhance craft survivability.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** Increase of $17.794 million supports both new and continued integration along with testing and modernization of multiple ALTPNT, C5ISR, hybrid propulsion, signature, and survivability technologies to reduce operational risk and ensure agility.

Note: FY 2026 President's Budget included $0.00 million in discretionary funding and $8.556 million in mandatory funding for CCME.
