**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** FY 2027 funding increased due to funding transfer from PE 0605018F, Project 676003, HRM Structural Development, to PE 1201212SF, project 670220, to fund critical USSF activity to implement Personnel Management Act (PMA) Human Resource (HR) Information Technology (IT) Automation and develop a data layer within the existing Air Force Human Resources structure that can be utilized to meet current and future Space Force needs.

## Before the request year

**FY2026 plans — current year.** Conduct market research and evaluate available commercial technologies with multiple vendors to enable risk reduction across cost, schedule, and performance. Develop, demonstrate and prototype a user interface and experience capable of meeting unique Space Force Human Resources (HR) needs under the Personnel Management Act (PMA) including studies, analyses, risk reduction, technology maturation, designs, demonstrations, and prototyping. Conduct preliminary integration studies and mature selected platform though continuous configuration development as PMA centric policies are finalized.
