### Project 67A051 — Space Superiority - Advanced Intelligence Systems

The Space Systems Command (SSC) Systems Delta (SYD)/85 Battle Management (BMN) Program Office is developing the Missile Warning/Missile Track Enhancement Program (MW/MT) (Project 67A051) for Guardians across the Command-and-Control Enterprise Mission Area, Operations Service Institutional Function, and Operations Commands Unit Force Structure. As a result, the Service will experience improved readiness and operational reach of the Existing Force Structure and reinforce the Enduring Effect of resilient infrastructure, equipment, and personnel. SYD 85/S9/10 is executing AN/USQ-249 Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) System of Systems Integration for Guardians and Joint Warfighters across the Global Mission Operations and ITW/AA Enterprise Command and Control functions and in support of Space Domain Awareness. As a result, the Service will streamline capabilities development through institutional processes and deliver ITW/AA capabilities to defend the homeland. Efforts will advance all near term effects and provide principled public servants and space-minded warfighters as bold and collaborative problem solvers in support of Service and National goals. This program falls within the Missile Warning and Missile Tracking (MW/MT) mission area which provides the multi-orbit space and ground architecture required to detect and track missiles and hypersonic glide vehicles worldwide. Program interdependencies include: Ballistic Missile Defense Radars (1203873SF); Ballistic Missile EW Systems (1203909SF); Joint Tactical Ground System (1208053SF); Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) - TW/AA System (1203906SF); Next - Generation OPIR (1206442SF); Next - Generation - GEO (1206443SF); Next - Generation - Ground (1206440SF); Next - Generation - Polar (1206444SF); NUDET Detection System (1203913SF); Resilient MW / MT - LEO (1206446SF); Resilient MW / MT - MEO (1206447SF); Resilient MW / MT - Ground (1206448SF); Shared Early Warning (1203699SF); SLBM Radar Warning System (1203912SF); Space Based Infrared System (1203915SF); TW/AA Interface Network (1203908SF).

**Named R-3 performers** (share of this project's FY2027 R-3 total, so they need not reach 100%)**:** Leidos (9.0, 36%), ADDx (3.3, 13%), Amentum (1.5, 6.0%), Lockheed Martin (0.9, 3.4%).

| Activity (R-2A) | FY2025 | FY2026 | FY2027 |
|---|---|---|---|
| ITW/AA System of Systems Integration | 10.7 | 20.3 | 11.8 |
| MW/MT Enhancement | 13.2 | 12.8 | 13.3 |

> R-2A activities carry the prior, current and budget year only — no five-year plan. Coverage is partial, so count them, never total them.
