## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Complete software development to enable Global PNT C2 and continue software development for RMP checkout and Rapid Warfighter Effects (RWE) initial operations. Continue integration activities that support the validation of requirements with use of the OCX 3F GPS System Simulator. Deploy GPS IIIF Launch and Checkout System hardware. Prepare and continue coordination for System Integration Testing (SIT) of OCX 3F launch capabilities into the Operationally Accepted (OA) OCX baseline. Continue to support early GPS Enterprise integration testing in support of Mission Readiness Campaign (MRC) for GPS IIIF to include early development and testing specific to the evolved bus. Continue to incorporate Enterprise Mission Planning Systems capability into OCX 3F baseline. The Enterprise Mission Planning Systems enable Over the Air Rekey capability and other navigation warfare effects taskings. Additionally, initiate OCX 3F development for launching SV-13 Extended Bus (eBus) to the ground C2 systems for Launch and Checkout and PNT capabilities. Rapidly respond to implement system resiliency and situational awareness necessary to operate in the contested space domain. Activities may include, but are not limited to program office support, studies, technical analysis, experimentation, risk reduction, prototyping, and activities that may leverage commercial, U.S. Government partnership, and international opportunities to respond to existing and emerging adversarial threats with speed and agility.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** FY 2027 funding increases due to software development phasing adjustments to include development of evolved Bus updates to OCX 3F baseline.

Continue to support early GPS Enterprise integration testing in support of MRC for GPS IIIF to include early development and testing specific to the evolved bus. Continue to incorporate Enterprise Mission Planning Systems capability into OCX 3F baseline. Continue development of Cadre Training and Technical Orders. The Enterprise Mission Planning Systems enable Over the Air Rekey capability and other navigation warfare effects taskings. Rapidly respond to implement system resiliency and situational awareness necessary to operate in the contested space domain. Activities may include, but are not limited to program office support, studies, technical analysis, experimentation, risk reduction, prototyping, and activities that may leverage commercial, U.S. Government partnership, and international opportunities to respond to existing and emerging adversarial threats with speed and agility.
