## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Complete RGS-S and RGS-UK antenna procurement and communication equipment testing. Ship antennas, communication and cryptological equipment to Schriever SFB and RAF Croughton. Finish RGS-S and RGS-UK design for support facilities and infrastructure construction of communication shelters and ring walls.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** While initial design and site preparation activities began FY2026, the FY2027 budget is necessary for Facilities and Infrastructure build out, high-cost procurement of the RGS-S and RGS-UK equipment, and the subsequent shipment of the antennas, communication, and cryptological equipment to their operational sites.

**FY2026 plans — current year.** Complete site specific environmental work and award Task Order for procurement, installation, and test for RGS antennas. Finish design for support facilities and infrastructure, begin construction of communication shelters, ring walls, and complete installation of networking and telecommunications equipment.
