## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Continue to plan and execute the critical lead system integration function across the System Delta (SYD) 84 Missile Warning and Tracking System of Systems, to include systems engineering, process development and execution, requirements analysis, vertical and horizontal integration at the system, ground, space, segment and element levels. Continue the management of the Space based missile warning technical baseline, planning and oversight of system level requirement verification/validation and test activities to ensure end-to-end system level performance. Support the transition of legacy operations to FORGE framework and processing Operational Acceptance 3 (OA3). Support the integration testing, verification of the space and ground architecture, including of RGS-A, to enable the operational acceptance of NGG-1, as well as the integration, test, verification planning for NGG-2 OA. Execute the Lead Systems Integrator functions to include system level Integration, testing, and verification for NGP, to include the required elements of FORGE and the ground architecture in the lead up to NGP SV1 Initial Launch Capability (ILC). Support the Integration and planning to incorporate the MW/MT Epoch 1 and beyond mission data into FORGE. Begin to integrate various proliferated systems of space assets across Space Systems Command (SSC) and Space Development Agency (SDA) programs. This includes the coordination and orchestration of space sensing assets across SYD 84 Programs of Record, developmental programs, and SDA programs (LEO, MEO, GEO and beyond). Integrate the ingestion and fusion of sensor data from these sensing assets. Through the OPIR Modeling and Simulation & Analysis Center (OMAC), it will execute analysis to support overall integration functions across the enterprise with four specific focus areas; first it will complete independent reviews of NGG SV1 on-orbit testing to fully exploit the multi-band sensor data and begin updates specific to NGG SV2. Second, it will continue to refine NGG resiliency support plans to execute during potential windows of opportunity testing as directed. Third, it will continue to plan and execute modeling and simulation tool updates and enhancements to support evolving Missile Warning Architecture, as well as prepare for future Missile Warning System (MEO and LEO as directed) fielding via predictive performance analysis compared to on-orbit testing. Fourth, it will execute any real-time simulations/analysis requests to support the missile warning enterprise. Rapidly respond to implement system resiliency and situational awareness necessary to operate in the contested space domain. Activities may include, but are not limited to program office support, studies, technical analysis, experimentation, risk reduction, prototyping, and activities that may leverage commercial, U.S. Government partnership, and international opportunities to respond to existing and emerging adversarial threats with speed and agility.

**FY2026 plans — current year.** Continue to plan and execute the critical lead system integration function across the Missile Warning System of Systems, to include systems engineering, process development and execution, requirements analysis, and vertical and horizontal integration at the system, ground, space, segment, and element levels. Continue management of the missile warning technical baseline, and planning and oversight of system level requirement verification/validation and test activities. Support NGG SV1 initial launch capability, on-orbit checkout, tuning and Operational Acceptance campaign and NGG SV2 Integration and Testing (I&T) activities. Serve as the Systems Integrator for NGP SV1 & SV2. Supporting early integration and risk reduction activities, NGP Mission Payload (MPL) assembly and testing, and development and execution of end-to-end system test activities to enable NGP to be integrated into the FORGE architecture, including Command & Control (C2) and Mission Data Processing. Support the Operational Acceptance campaign and Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) certification of SBIRS HEO, GEO and Next-Gen GEO MW operations on FORGE Mission Data Processing (MDP), and Relay Ground Station Site A (RGS-A) qualification testing, installation and activation. Support activities to enable FORGE to ingest and process additional sensor data.
