**FY2027 planned work.** Tranche 1 - Continue integration with Missile Warning/Missile Tracking/Missile Defense (MW/MT/MD) enterprise data interfaces and fusion applications. - Continue space vehicle command and control, and enterprise management, and sustainment for all Tracking Layer Tranche 1 (TRKT1) satellites. - Complete system level verification. - Complete Operational Testing of TRKT1 capabilities including flight demonstrations and exercise participation. - Provide continuing operational support to resilient space Tracking mission including Missile Warning, Missile Tracking, and Missile Defense (MW/MT/MD). - Continue to support investments in facilities, hardware, network management, Ground Entry Points (GEPs), Optical Ground Terminals (OGT), software development, mission payloads, contract services, and any other integration requirements to support the MW/MT/MD enterprise. These efforts will leverage and expand upon existing Mission Data Processing Applications (MDPAPs) and Joint Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Ground initiatives to ensure rapid processing and dissemination to global warfighting community. - Continue to support the planning and execution of performance and integration risk mitigation activities associated with command and control (C2) challenges, MDP expansion, and interagency integration. Other activities may include, but are not limited to program office support, studies, technical analysis, experimentation, prototyping, etc. Tranche 2 - Complete payload and space vehicle manufacturing, assembly, integration and test activities. - Continue to support ground activities to ensure integration with PWSA Operations Centers. - Continue Missile Warning, Missile Tracking, and Missile Defense (MW/MT/MD) enterprise data integration with networks and fusion applications. - Complete space vehicle FlatSat development and continue operations testing. - Complete Tracking payload ground calibration and space vehicle environmental test campaigns. - Conduct Tracking Layer Ground Operational Readiness Review (GORR). - Conduct Pre-Ship Reviews (PSR) for the tracking space vehicles. - Ship space vehicles to launch site and integrate onto the multi-vehicle launch dispensers. - Conduct readiness for launch and early orbit phase operations and transition to nominal operations. - Launch six (6) planes of Tracking Layer Tranche 2 (TRKT2) space vehicles (54 total space vehicles). - Conduct on-orbit test and checkout, orbital positioning, and transition operations to the operations centers for initial planes of space vehicles. - Transition to nominal operations and conduct space vehicle command and control, and enterprise management, and sustainment for all TRKT2 satellites. - Conduct system level verification and Developmental Testing. - Begin early Operational Testing of TRKT2 capabilities. - Provide continuing support to operational space Tracking capabilities including Missile Warning, Missile Tracking, and Missile Defense (MW/MT/MD). - Continue investments in facilities, hardware, network management, Ground Entry Points (GEPs), software development, mission payloads, contract services, and any other integration requirements to support the MW/MT/ MD enterprise. Tranche 4 - Initiate Tranche 4 acquisition leading to space vehicle procurement instruments. - Continue PWSA ground segment evolution, enhancing PWSA framework capabilities for future Tranches. Advanced Fire Control (AFC) - Launch eight (8) Fire-control On Orbit-support-to-the-war Fighter (FOO Fighter/F2) space vehicles. - Conduct F2 on-orbit test and checkout, orbital positioning, and conduct demonstrations of space vehicles. - Begin Gamma enterprise integration. - Continue execution of other advanced fire control efforts including Warlock and Goliath. - Expand Operation Centers capabilities to support custody related mission areas.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** FY 2027 increases from FY 2026 to reflect the ramp up of Tranche 3 space vehicle production to prepare for launch in FY 2029, support for Space-Based Sensing for Hypersonic Fire Control, and initial Tranche 4 acquisition tasks.
