## Summary

This activity requests $18.7M in FY2027, 63% of project 662617, up 13% on FY2026. The R-2A exhibit describes it across FY2026–FY2027, including what the FY2027 money is planned to buy.

## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Complete STP-H12 integration activities and delivery of payload for pre-launch environmental testing. Begin STP-H13 design and begin integration activities. Complete remanifesting actions and continue STP-5 integration activities. Prepare to begin STPSat-8 integration activities. Continue Oracle-Prime integration activities. Continue planning with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and industry on integration requirements for commercial follow-on space stations to the International Space Station, so that STP can leverage these stations to host DoW Space Experiments Review Board (SERB) experiments; STP-H14 would be the first mission on a commercial station. Initiate planning for the next STP launch opportunity as rideshare. Collaborate on technical analysis and other future missions as required. Rapidly respond to implement system resiliency and situational awareness necessary to operate in the contested space domain. Activities may include, but are not limited to program office support, studies, technical analysis, experimentation, risk reduction, prototyping, and activities that may leverage commercial, U.S. Government partnership, and international opportunities to respond to existing and emerging adversarial threats with speed and agility.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** FY 2027 increased by $2.196 million due to additional integration activities for STP-H12, STP-H13, Oracle-Prime and emerging launch opportunities for new space experiments.

## Before the request year

**FY2026 plans — current year.** Complete STP-H11 integration activities and delivery of payload for pre-launch environmental testing. Conduct STP-H12 design and begin integration activities. Complete space-craft integration and launch readiness for STP-S29A (which includes STPSat-7), STP-S30, STP-5 and K2 Gravitas missions. Being planning and manifesting activities for STPSat-8. Continue to work with Tetra-6 program to finish integration of payload onto the host vehicle. Begin integration activities for Air Force Research Laboratory's cislunar Oracle-Prime mission. Initiate planning for the next Space Test Program (STP) launch opportunity as rideshare.
