> **NEW START.** $260.4M requested in FY2027 with no prior-year and no current-year funding.

## Summary

This activity requests $260.4M in FY2027, 100% of project 681018 — a new start with no prior-year and no current-year money. The R-2A exhibit describes it across FY2027, including what the FY2027 money is planned to buy.

## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Continue delivering software capabilities across the BMC2 family of systems by consolidating multiple disparate applications into a select few BMC2 systems (FY26 funded efforts continue from overall 68A035 Project). This involves migrating applications from Theater Support, launch characterization, and intel integration into a modern cloud architecture with data connections to core BMC2 systems. Global & Regional C2: Continue to deliver streamlined planning and orders generation, global laser and electronic warfare deconfliction, processing of space support requests across the DoW, and reliable enterprise-wide capability reporting. Battle Management: Continue to deliver an integrated toolkit for threat response. This includes integrating tactical C2 assessment tools to enable rapid course of action development, feasibility modeling, probability of success analysis, and collateral impact assessment. Space Intel Integration: Continue to deliver an integrated intelligence solution that enhances decision advantage. This will be achieved by unifying three core capabilities: battlespace characterization, collection operations, and targeting. Rapidly respond to implement system resiliency and situational awareness necessary to operate in the contested space domain. Activities may include, but are not limited to program office support, studies, technical analysis, experimentation, risk reduction, prototyping, and activities that may leverage commercial, U.S. Government partnership, and international opportunities to respond to existing and emerging adversarial threats with speed and agility.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** FY 2027 increased by 260.441 million to continue C2 Decision support applications and transfer unclassified scope into Project 681018. This is not a new start. Funding was transferred from the Space Domain Awareness (SDA) C2 in Project 68A035 of this Program Element to the Kronos Project 681018 and substantially enhanced for a total of 260.441 million in FY 2027 to expand development of Battle Management and C2 scope previously in SDA. This is consistent with the direction and intent of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment in splitting the Space Domain Awareness (SDA) and BMC2 programs out of the Space C2 program as documented in a 12 May 2025 Acquisition Decision Memorandum.

| FY2027 | Request | 260.4 |

> Prior, current and budget year only — an R-2A activity carries no five-year plan. It sums exactly into its project in the request year and not necessarily in any other.
