Enhance JCRS to improve software development monitoring, optimize user and group management, integrate application tools, and increase visibility of authorization artifacts to strengthen development platform functionality and accelerate capability delivery to Cyber Mission Force operators. • Onboard cloud environments for the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) into the consolidated JCWA cloud ecosystem, enabling cyber forces to train using common data sources. • Migrate JCC2 application development into the “R2D2” system, reducing redundant development platforms and aligning with the JCWA architectural vision. • Integrate with the Joint Development Environment (JDE) across classified domains to advance JCWA toward a highly automated, secure, collaborative platform that accelerates joint capability development. • Deploy a common ICAM solution to Secret networks and fully integrate ICAM with the DoD Zero Trust Strategy architecture, providing seamless and secure digital identity services across JCWA. • Implement JCRS for Data in production cloud environments, delivering a significant capability increase for DCDC and the Service Cyber Components. • Migrate Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2) development and production environments into consolidated security enclaves, improving application interoperability, standardizing system administration, and streamlining cybersecurity processes. • Deploy a common Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solution across unclassified and Top Secret networks, enhancing authentication and enabling attribute‑based access control in alignment with National Security Agency (NSA) policy.
• Develop the Open Cyber Threat Intelligence (oCTI) application, which improved adversary mapping and planning by 100%, allowing teams to coordinate and develop more effective strategies. Cyber Threat Analysts can now correlate, align with threats, and apply techniques and procedures across data sets 300% faster, significantly enhancing their ability to utilize commercial threat detections during missions, empowering Cyber Threat Analysts to more effectively counter emerging threats. • Complete the self-service storage capability for JCWA operators, closing 100% of assigned tasks with zero issues and added 15 new features. Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) successfully completed User Acceptance Testing for this operational capability. "The event was overwhelmingly successful in providing an opportunity for the product owner and UP to interface and provided a wealth of recommendations." -CNMF Technical Director. • Deploy a cyber analysis capability to the unclassified Big Data Platform (BDP) production environment, providing cyber operators and analysts with powerful and versatile tools to perform a wide range of data manipulation tasks like encoding and decoding, encryption and decryption, data analysis and reformatting, streamlining cyber security workflows. • Install the IONIC capability to the USCYBERCOM operational BDP at the unclassified, SECRET and TOP SECRET levels, a significant step forward in infrastructure development that streamlined data processing and enhanced system capabilities, directly impacting the efficiency and performance of cyber operations. USCYBERCOM now has a more robust and unified framework, leading to improved data accessibility and faster analytical outcomes for all mission essential tasks. • Release JCWA Common Run Stack for Data (JCRS-D) version 1, offering comprehensive documentation and flexible deployment options for cloud and edge environments. This update significantly enhances user experience by improving networking support, introducing an optional Elastic Container Service (ECS) bastion container, and integrating continuous delivery for streamlined cloud deployments. These modifications directly address user feedback, making future efforts more efficient and secure.
