- Continue correcting deficiencies identified during the FCR-0 ICTs. - Continue implementation of design changes for Fleet Capability Release #1 (FCR-1). - Develop test plans, procedures, and acquisition documentation for Spectral product line. - Integrate capability enhancements for SSC-W virtualization, SSC-S virtualization, Medusa, Graywing, and SSC-L. - Begin integration with Advanced Information Warfare Antennas (AIWA) on SSC and future topside capabilities to counter emergent threats. - Begin emerging and near-peer adversary SIGINT techniques requiring signal processing development to enable collection, Fight From The MOC (FFTM), and Long Range Fires (LRF) execution. - Continue integration of Spectral's Graphic User Interface (GUI), and Common Hosting Environment Platform as a Service (Paas) with combat systems and future antennas. - Finalize development for FCR-1 to support Initial Operational Test and Evaluation (IOT&E) and begin development for RDP-2 and FCR-2.
