Continuation of EMD activities, aircraft modification, and DT&E transition planning and implementation as well as continue product support activities to include but not limited to heavy maintenance and compliance planning/implementation, initial spares, support equipment, technical order publications, and airworthiness directives.
Funding decreased due to ramp down of EMD activities, product support and PSC as the program transitions to DT&E.
