- Complete vaccine efficacy studies against multiple agents. - Continue to develop one or more alternative nerve agent prophylactic technologies as a risk mitigation step

Multiple candidates were pursued. - Continued to perform studies on how well the protective medicines work (efficacy), how they move into, through and out of the body (pharmacokinetics), and if there are any significant harmful effects (toxicity).
