- Continue executing the Advanced NAVWAR Open-Air (ANOA) T&E project at AEDC. This project contains mobile Global Positioning System (GPS) jamming capabilities that can be transported to ranges where Hypersonic (HS) testing takes place. - Finish execution of Electronic Combat Range - Dynamic Moving Target Simulator and bring to IOC/FOC. - Continue the Advanced Position Navigation and Timing (PNT) T&E Simulation Environment, all simulators. - Continue execution of two Antenna Pattern Measurement capabilities to support testing at Edwards and Arnold. - Continue execution of the Dynamic Electro-Optical Simulator to advance T&E Simulations at Eglin. - Continue execution of the High Angle RCS Measurment test pylon at Arnold - Continued funding of SETA support to implement planned Air Force test processes and infrastructure for I&M capabilities, support tri-service monitoring and analysis teams established to identify emerging joint investment needs and requirements development and assist in the management and monitoring of I&M program elements and activities.
Funding increased $3.782 million due to hypersonic test investment ramp and restoration of an FY 2026 realignment of funds for the F-16 Emergency Power Unit Overhaul facility.

IRCM-CM is a seeker sensor testing system that will support maturing HS weapons. ISTF Threat System is a test set-up in JPRIMES that can possibly test HS weapons. - Continue execution of the Electronic Combat Range - Dynamic Moving Target Simulator (ECR-DMTS) and the Advanced Position Navigation and Timing (PNT) T&E Simulation Environment, all simulators.
