Continue system of systems (SoS) activities for NIFC Inc 3 advanced kill chains. Continue development of system documents for Increased sensor and network participation to meet fleet needs supporting warfighting in complex Naval Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO) environments. Continue Modeling and Simulations (M&S) for evaluation of advanced concepts utilizing existing and new networks and sensors. System Engineering, Performance Modeling, Analysis, and assessment of Integrated Fire Control (IFC) architectures to support decisions for investment and prioritization in future NIFC kill chain architectures. Develop models, simulations, and tools, to analyze, assess, and recommend potential future NIFC architectures. Support Decision Points for continuing effort on NIFC-AW in coordination with USMC if funded.
The Engineering Management and System Definition decreased from $17.944 to $12.923. The $5.021M decrease from FY26 to FY27, reflects an emphasis on the Integration and Test IPT Efforts in FY27 with warfare center personnel tasking shifting to support FY27 live fire test activities.
