Commence the TI-28 capability development process which provides the necessary engineering, technical program, project and configuration management of the hardware and software baseline to incorporate additional sensitive software imaging algorithms, while concluding the development of TI-26.
The $0.259M increase is to transition to the next stage of TI-26 capability development.
