What the FY2027 request buys

FY 2027 funding will support the Demonstration and Experimentation of major weapon system components encompassing six air vehicles, associated Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and Expeditionary Ground Control Stations for Future Group 4+ UAS S/VTOL and will support Brigade UAS demonstration and experimentation efforts.
FY 2027 funding increase supports the start of the Future Group 4+ UAS S/VTOL program as well as new iterations of BDE assets. This funding was realigned from PE 0604113A - Future Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System (FTUAS), Project EX8 - Future Unmanned Aircraft System (FUAS).
