The Management Support Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Project provides management support for the Department of War (DoW) Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP). It includes program oversight and integration of overall non-chemical and biological (CB) Defense Equipment (non-CDE) and CB Defense Equipment (CDE) programs by the Assistant Secretary of War for Nuclear Deterrence, Chemical, and Biological Defense, Policy and Programs (OASW(ND-CBD)) and defense programs through the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for CBRN Defense (DASW(CBRND)). FY2025 accomplishments JACKS DBS continued developing and deploying data marts into the JACKS Data Warehouse to preposition JACKS data into compartmentalized areas. The compartmentalized areas then fed into various web-based decision-making tools that enabled JACKS users to quickly analyze data and make informed decisions. Delivered 4 four production release to JACK DBS to modernize user interface and increase interoperability.

JRO will continue to support additional Capability Based Assessments (CBAs) as tasked in the CBDP CBA Framework.
