Combat Ready Airmen (CRA) - RDT&E
Enterprise Select Class II (formerly Combat Ready Airman) provides resources to perform lead command roles and responsibilities and includes requirements management, test & evaluation, assurance of operational safety, suitability, and effectiveness. This effort is in Budget Activity 4, Advanced Component Development and Prototypes (ACD&P), because efforts are necessary to evaluate integrated technologies, representative modes or prototype systems in a high fidelity and realistic operating environment.
FY2027 planned work FY27 funds Mobility Bag development, test, and evaluation of Department of the Air Force organizational clothing and individual equipment. Efforts continuation of Extreme Cold Weather Boots, Arctic Equipment, and conformal body armor, and supply chain and inventory management software, low signature infrared equipment, and Development of and other Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment driven by Combatant Command Theater requirements
FY2026 to FY2027 change Nominal decrease due to fluctuation in requirement changes.
