Expansion of Joint Training Tool (JTT) Capabilities Objective: Continue enhancing the JTT to meet evolving user needs and operational requirements. • Expand functionality to support additional Combatant Command (CCMD) use cases. • Integrate advanced terrain modeling and dynamic threat data updates to reflect real-time operational environments. • Enhance user experience by incorporating feedback from the Combatant Command, Service, and Agency (C/S/A) user community. 2. Advanced Data Integration and Analytics Objective: Leverage AI/ML to improve data-driven decision-making and training assessments. • Expand integration of authoritative data sources, including real-time operational data feeds and predictive analytics. • Develop new simulation models to reflect emerging threats, technologies, and operational concepts. • Enhance fidelity and scalability of JLVC simulations to support larger and more complex training exercises. • Conduct annual reviews and updates to ensure JLVC simulations meet current and future operational requirements. 3. Joint Live, Virtual, and Constructive (JLVC) Simulation Objective: Ensure JLVC simulations remain aligned with the evolving operational environment. • Integrate new simulation models to reflect emerging threats, technologies, and operational concepts. • Enhance fidelity and scalability of JLVC simulations to support larger and more complex training exercises. • Conduct annual integration event, reviews and updates to ensure JLVC simulations meet current and future operational requirements. 4. Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Enhancements Objective: Sustain and modernize the Joint Operational Training infrastructure while ensuring cybersecurity compliance. • Upgrade infrastructure to support increased data processing and storage requirements. • Implement advanced cybersecurity measures to protect training systems and data from emerging threats. • Conduct regular audits and lifecycle maintenance to ensure reliability and security of JNTC systems.
Due to data entry error, the FY 2026 amounts for projects 701 and 758 are reversed. The correct FY 2026 amount for project 758 is $18.000M. The program's increase supports integration of AI technologies into the JLVC federation to support DOW's Joint Training Infrastructure and M&S capabilities.
