Complete integration of one new (space message) data source from the Ballistic Missile Defense Communication Node (BCN) and Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Communications Network (GCN) of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) integration element of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). Conduct formal developmental test and evaluation on first space message data source. Begin combined formal operational test and evaluation on first non-traditional data source and first space message data source. Rapidly respond to implement system resiliency and situational awareness necessary to operate in the contested space domain. Activities may include, but are not limited to program office support, studies, technical analysis, experimentation, risk reduction, prototyping, and activities that may leverage commercial, U.S. Government partnership, and international opportunities to respond to existing and emerging adversarial threats with speed and agility.
