Complete RGS-S and RGS-UK antenna procurement and communication equipment testing. Ship antennas, communication and cryptological equipment to Schriever SFB and RAF Croughton. Finish RGS-S and RGS-UK design for support facilities and infrastructure construction of communication shelters and ring walls.
While initial design and site preparation activities began FY2026, the FY2027 budget is necessary for Facilities and Infrastructure build out, high-cost procurement of the RGS-S and RGS-UK equipment, and the subsequent shipment of the antennas, communication, and cryptological equipment to their operational sites.
