Increase of $65.769M from FY2026 to FY2027 due to evolution of UJTS program from source selection activities done solely by Government labor to contract award of the engineering and manufacturing design phase of the UJTS program.

Inform industry of the scope of the UJTS program effort to facilitate the program Request for Proposals and eventual program competition. Continue government support labor to facilitate all program efforts. Secure RFP release approval from the Milestone Decision Authority.
