Increase from FY2026 to FY2027 provides for the initiation of a prototyping effort for future forward-deployed radar systems consisting of development and fabrication of prototypes to address search, track, and discrimination improvements; reliability, maintainability, and transportation enhancements; and manufacturing technology advancements.
