Complete formal qualification tests of both hardware and software. Conduct live fire at sea test (Q2FY2027). Deliver Engineering Change Proposal (ECP).
The increase of $7.296M FY2027 funds from FY2026 is due increased integration efforts, ground testing, including qualification tests and flight test activities. These activities are required to accomplish the engineering change proposal to produce the SM-6 BLK IAU.
