Award contracts for competitive development between at least two vendors. Award contracts, conduct design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR), initiate component level testing. Conduct rapid development and demonstration with ability to spin new capability on a frequent cycle rate. FY27 funding will be used to initiate rapid capability development, open modular architecture and capability to conduct frequent competitive module upgrades without impacting design of other system modules/components.
