Funds labor to support facilitation of continuous competition, cybersecurity compliance assessments, software materiel release and associated updates, logistics support, program oversight and risk management.
FY 2027 increase due to project established under a new funding structure to support NGC2 Data Layer efforts. Increase from prior funded year due to increased staffing requirements to support emerging needs associated with integrating the full stack NGC2 capability and accelerating the deployment timeline.
