-Conduct evaluation of multiple sensor and effector solutions to support purchase of test assets. -Conduct live fire testing of the integrated sensor and effector capability. -Conduct ballistic testing of developmental ammunition against hard targets in consideration of dual use or multi use effectiveness.
Increase from FY 2026 to FY 2027 funds a comprehensive test and evaluation effort for developmental sensor, effector, and ammunition solutions. This testing, which includes live-fire and ballistic evaluations, is required to validate system performance, confirm lethality, and assess the multi-use effectiveness of the capability against targets.
