96 TW FY 2027 Budget Year plans include HVAC, plumbing, and electrical facility system repairs for multiple test facilities; planning charettes for the range communications facility; fluid replacement and storm damage repair at McKinley Climatic Laboratory; multiple roof replacements; and planning charrette/design/construction for several failing facilities.
Funding decreased $5.279 million due to completion of major HVAC repairs and return to normal funding levels.

For FY 2026 Current Year, the 96TW is performing Restoration and Modernization (R&M) efforts across the range complex, including repair/replacement of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), install/upgrade perimeter power, and expand asphalt for the Tactical Datalinks Test Lab; design for secondary fluid system and repair lowslope roofs at McKinley Climatic Laboratory; and roof repairs for the Central Control Facility (CCF).
