Datalake & UI/UX Development
Systems Delta (SYD) 81 is developing, operating and sustaining Datalake & User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) (Project 670220) for Guardians across Combat Power, Enterprise Management and Information Technology, Space Domain Awareness, Launch, Position Navigation and Timing, Satellite Communications, Weather, and Science & Technology and Test & Evaluation. As a result, the Service will improve operational readiness of existing force structure through the resilient infrastructure, equipment, and personnel training. In FY 2027, the Department of the Air Force transferred funding from PE 0605018F, Project 676003, HRM Structural Development, to PE 1201212SF, project 670220, based on the orderly and expeditious shutdown of the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System (AFIPPS) program which was funded in PE 0605018F, to fund critical initiative activity to implement Personnel Management Act (PMA) Human Resource (HR) Information Technology (IT) Automation and develop a data layer within the existing Air Force Human Resources structure that can be utilized to meet current and future Space Force needs. This Program Element includes two Service-Wide Space Force lines of effort (LOEs), Space Force Personnel Management Act (PMA) Human Resource (HR) Information Technology (IT) Automation and the Continuous Fitness Assessment (CFA) wearables. LOE 1 is divided into LOE-1a and LOE-1b to develop the Guardian Automation and Guardian data layers required to support PMA compliance, and LOE 2 is for the CFA wearables program. LOE 1a Guardian Automation Layer: This program continues to implement the Space Force Personnel Management Act (PMA) IAW 10 U.S.C. Ch 2001 Sec. 20001 and FY2024 NDAA "All members of the Space Force shall be managed through a single personnel management system without component”. This will be accomplished with the development of PMA HR IT Automation Layer to deliver modernized Human Resources capabilities to meet current and future Space Force needs. This development will provide the United States Space Force (USSF) with a cohesive capability for readiness presentation, manpower analysis, and Guardian HR actions across full time and part time Guardian work roles.
-LOE 1a: Continue development of Space Force Human Resources (HR) Automation and user interface -LOE 1b: Continue integration of Space Force data elements with Air Force and DoW data sources -LOE 2: Continue development and delivery of wearable fitness tools and software to Guardians
