Continue UGNT 7 receiver work to support satellite mission downlink that will support both fixed sites and mobile assets. Key updates address obsolescence issues of the existing receiver component, to process USNDS mission payload data. Perform initial design for hardware and software development upgrades for the UGNT.
FY 2027 increased due to continued receiver development work, increase in UGNT software development and required hardware purchases.
