What the FY2027 request buys

Funds are allocated to the ALLAI program to continue the integration and developmental testing of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) software capabilities on the F/A-18, including updated Next Generation Threat System (NGTS) simulations and waveform optimization. Resources will support required Cross Domain Solution (CDS) design updates and validation for these new capabilities. Funding will also support the integration of platforms into the Naval Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) and continue the development of Tactical Combat Training System (TCTS) information management (IM) capabilities and System of Systems (SoS) integration for identified platforms. These efforts include the continued LVC integration with both the F/A-18 and E-2D platforms to ensure advanced training interoperability.
Decrease of $27.428M from FY 2026 to FY 2027 in accordance with the reduction in control as well as the realignment of funding to E-2D Internal Mount and F-35 LITL.

Continue development of the TCTS IM capabilities and SoS Platform/Simulator Integration for identified platforms. Continue LVC integration with F-18 and E-2D.
