The JCC2 program delivers a unified view of the cyberspace landscape, empowering Combatant Commanders, Joint Force Commanders, and Service Component Commanders to make informed, real-time decisions. By integrating thousands of data points from disparate sensors, networks, and intelligence sources, JCC2 provides the common operational picture necessary to align tactical cyber operations with strategic objectives. JCC2 empowers Combatant Commanders, Joint Force Commanders, and Service Component Commanders to make informed, real-time decisions by providing a unified view of the cyberspace landscape. By integrating data from diverse sensors, networks, and intelligence sources, JCC2's Situational Awareness tools gather, process, and disseminate real-time intelligence on cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and activities, enabling a comprehensive understanding of the cyber domain. JCC2's Battle Management capabilities expedite detailed mission planning, execution, mission monitoring, and assessments, ensuring cyber operations are aligned with strategic objectives. Battle Management enables commanders to effectively coordinate cyber defenses, and other operations with precision, efficiently allocating cyber resources, including skilled personnel, to the areas of operation where they are most needed. The effort will optimize the use of available assets to achieve mission success. JCC2 is comprised of four key capability areas. Each designed to deliver specific operational outcomes: • Threat Awareness Sharing Capability (TASC): Provides cyber threat assessment, monitoring, reduction, detection, and response capabilities, enabling proactive threat hunting and faster incident response. • Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS): The Mission Assurance System of Record, identifying critical infrastructure required to execute DoW's numbered missions, ensuring the resilience and continuity of vital operations in the face of cyberattacks. • JCC2 Cyber Operations (JCO): A platform enabling operators to manage missions throughout the mission lifecycle and visualize mission data and operational environments, streamlining mission execution and improving operational effectiveness.

By integrating thousands of data points from disparate sensors, networks, and intelligence sources, JCC2 provides the common operational picture necessary to align tactical cyber operations with strategic objectives. JCC2 empowers Combatant Commanders, Joint Force Commanders, and Service Component Commanders to make informed, real-time decisions by providing a unified view of the cyberspace landscape.

JCC2 employs an agile and incremental acquisition strategy designed to deliver cyber C2 capabilities to the warfighter at the speed of operational relevance. The program leverages rapid development, continuous integration, and close collaboration with stakeholders across the Department of War to ensure JCC2 remains responsive to evolving mission needs and emerging cyber threats. This approach enables the program to quickly adapt to changing requirements, integrate new technologies, and deploy updated capabilities through a CI/CD pipeline.
