Mission & acquisition strategy

Minimum Essential Emergency Communications Network (MEECN) provides the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Engineer with a variety of services. MEECN equips the NC3 Engineer with planning, systems analysis, operational assessments, systems engineering, and architectural and concept development. Through the National Military Command System, the NC3 System provides connectivity between the President and the Secretary of War to critical nuclear execution forces (spanning both “homeland-to-homeland” and theater nuclear war).
