The AF JWICS Enterprise PE provides funds for the modernization, development, procurement, and sustainment of the Air Force SCI enterprise. ICAM - Identity, Credentialing and Access Management (ICAM) includes the foundational identity elements that manage users, credentials, attributes, and the access risk based upon the sensitivity of the resources being protected. ICAM is foundational to Zero Trust and is not a single process or technology but a complex set of systems and services that operate under various policies and organizations. IC-ITE - IC-ITE mission is enabling greater integration, information sharing, and safeguarding with the Intelligence Community (IC) by adopting IC standards, data, and technology frameworks, and using systems of common concern for unmatched decision advantage.

The AF JWICS Enterprise PE provides funds for the modernization, development, procurement, and sustainment of the Air Forces SCI enterprise. ICAM - Identity, credentialing and Access Management (ICAM) includes the foundational identity elements that manage users, credentials, attributes, and the access risk based upon the sensitivity of the resources being protected. ICAM is foundational to Zero Trust and is not a single process or technology, but is a complex set of systems and services that operate under various policies and organizations.

Contract type and strategy will be assessed each year. Currently use a mix of contracts to include cost plus fixed fee, cost plus award fee, and fixed price.
