SSN(X) Class Submarine Development
SSN(X) will be designed to enter, fight, and deny within heavily defended adversary bastions from the sea to the seabed. SSN(X) will deliver increased warfighting performance through larger payload volume, improved lethality and survivability, and organic hosting of Robotic and Autonomous Systems (RAS). These capabilities assure access to threat-denied areas, deny adversary safe havens, and ensure flexibility. This project encompasses Navy RDT&E efforts required to design the next SSN.

Conduct reliability and maintainability analysis to inform the sustainment requirement within the Capability Development Document. Provide cost and schedule impacts of the various shipbuilder designs to support the CDD development.
