Will build upon FY26 advancements by further prototyping and integrating mission systems and protection systems to enhance the capabilities of Army manned and unmanned ground and aviation platforms. Specific plans include expanding autonomy integration across additional air and ground platforms to improve maneuverability, survivability, and mission effectiveness. Additionally, the scope will include prototyping advanced protection systems to increase platform reliability and reduce the logistical footprint in contested operational environments.
Funding increase supports additional prototype development and system integration activities beyond the squad vehicle autonomy.
